Cuando se cancele con 12 horas o más de anticipación a la cita, se efectuará el reintegro del depósito, aplicando una retención del 15 % correspondiente a comisiones de plataformas. Si se realiza dentro de las 12 horas previas al tratamiento, se reintegrará únicamente el 50 % del depósito.
